Notes bug: Active note entry really easy to lose focus

I'm not entirely certain what's happening, but I find that regularly in notes, I am typing away and then all of a sudden find myself with no text box actively selected and the screen focus is at the bottom of the note file. I then have to scroll back up through the note file to find the entry I was working on to pick up where I left off. This occurs both on my Windows XP and Vista 64bit machines.

Does anybody else have this issue?

Yes. I have had this too. As have others on this forum. I haven't noticed it recently, but I'm on Beta4.

I have also had L4 lock-up after trying to cut and paste a section of text from a note. Has anyone had this problem?

No. I've been able to cut/paste to and from the note section without problems since the beta days.

Yes, in fact it happened to me twice when trying to reproduce this problem Jacob was having. I copied some text from somewhere and then pasted it a bunch of times into a note, then selected it all (Ctrl+A) then pressed Deleted and Logos crashed. I started it back up again and did something similar but this time it crashed when I pressed Ctrl+Z to undo a paste. I turned on logging to try to reproduce the problem one more time with a crash log so I could submit a proper bug report, and lo and behold, the problem wouldn't reproduce with logging enabled. Grrrrr! But at least now I've got it permanently enabled for whenever I need it. I had sort of not realized that it got turned off when L4 beta went gold. I'd been using it all the time for reporting bugs in the beta.
