The effect I want is to do a copy location as that when I past it into rich document formats, such as notes, word, one note, etc, it pastes as an actual link. I'm not overly familiar with the inner workings of windows to achieve this, but I think using Rich Text Format or annotating the HTML with the appropriate MIME type would achieve this. Or something like that.
Right now, if I past the HTML into, say One Note (that's the one that's most important to me), I just paste the HTML code. Copy Location As URL, then in One Note type in the link text manually, use the URL tool and paste the URL into that dialog.
BTW, the Hyperlink dialog in Notes doesn't work if you paste a libronixdls link into it.
