copy bible verses

How do you copy Bible verses and leave behind all the extras that tag along, such as the small case letters etc.? I tried Tools, Program Settings and unchecking the  copy citations copy footnote boxes and that does not seem to help. I miss the small icons that the older version had for Bible verses and dictionary.

Sounds like you haven't tried using the "Copy Bible Verse" tool found on the Tools menu.  It has many prebuilt styles, and allows you to define your own.

is there any way to remove all translation notes from "power lookup".  I want to copy/paste without all the tags and footnotes etc.  just the text?
