Hans Urs von Balthasar's works please!!!!
Would be nice to have some of his works indeed. I would be especially interested in his book where he has writings of Origen, i think it is called Spirit and Fire or something like that.

Then there was Melchior, but who was the third wise man?
Hans Urs von Balthasar's works please!!!! Then there was Melchior, but who was the third wise man?
Curly Joe.
Definitely Karl Rahner. I'd snap that up in a heartbeat.
I agree! Thinking about having them on disk makes me giddy He is a brilliantly fecund mind with a penetrating eye for the majesty of God in Christ! Oh, and to have Adrienne Speyr's (sp) works too-- I may be asking for too much though
Caspar was the third. My last name is Melchior but I am not part of the Wise Men but rather, the Wise Guys! LOL
I will attempt to reply appropriately with the words of the three kings in Gian Carlo Minotti's opera Amahl and the Night Visitors, "Thank you, thank you, thank you kindly."
Gian Carlo Minotti's opera Amahl and the Night Visitors
Love that opera. Just bought the DVD this year.

I hope that everyone who originally posted on this thread is aware that Logos now sells a Hans Urs von Balthasar Collection (16 vols.). And, yes, they did start in that order. [:)]
Oh, and to have Adrienne Speyr's (sp) works too
[Y] I've long wanted to read her, but didn't think there was much translated.
Next step: Moltmann
OK, we're making some progress on this list. We now have the Hans Urs von Balthasar Collection (16 vols.) which contains The Glory of the Lord: A Theological Aesthetics, Theo-Drama, and Theo-Logic. And Select Works of Hans Urs von Balthasar (5 vols.) which contains Explorations in Theology and Love Alone Is Credible. But there's still this long list of von Balthasar works yet to get:
I particularly would like to see Prayer soon. Need it for a class I'm taking this summer.
Finally!
