More beginner "how to study the Bible" books

These suggestions come from another thread where Mark was asking for suggestions for beginner books on how to study the Bible. None of these ones which people came up with are available in Logos yet, and they should be:
Tremper Longman, Reading the Bible with Heart and Mind
Kay Arthur, The New How to Study Your Bible
Scott McKnight, The Blue Parakeet: Rethinking How You Read the Bible
Joseph Coleson, Treasure the Word: A Layperson's Guide to Interpreting Scripture
J. Scott Duvall, Journey into God's Word: Your Guide to Understanding and Applying the Bible

These are both available in Logos.
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

Oh, OK. I didn't see links so I assumed they weren't available. I should have checked.

It would be wonderful to have the Longman and Duvall books in Logos. Also, Mark Moore - Seeing God in HD would be a welcome addition in Logos.
