BUG: Copy including text box

Reasons one wants to copy a resource including the contents of the text boxes:

  1. To have copies of your answers in a small group session without carrying your computer
  2. To see the entire answer since the text box does not expand to show the answer
  3. To mark up a printed copy in a discussion of potential answers in a leader preparation session ...
  4. To keep historical answers if one repeats the study (admittedly some studies don't deserve another pass except by instructors but ...)

BUG: copy and paste doesn't include the content of the text boxes which works great for printing out illegal copies of the study materials on paper to save the students' money and for discouraging the use of a function so Logos can justify not making it work well 'cause it isn't used much.[6]
