Personal Book - problem with duplicate text in hover popup

I am in need of some help/advice please. I have created a Personal Book and everything is working fine except I am getting duplicate text in the hover popups for the links to Logos resources. (The document is 58 page compilation of 4 Papal Encyclicals on the subject of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.)
Here is a sample "end note": St. Thomas Aquinas, Suma. Theol. II-II, q.2, a.7
the associated hyperlink: logosres:summaeng;ref=Summa.STh.,_II-II_q.2_a.7
I have read through the following and tried multiple times to remove/recreate the hyperlink but I am not having any success. I copy the hyperlink text into a different text editor and the recreate the hyperlink.
I also tried saving the file as a .rft and then re-saving as a .docx

I have about 30 hyperlinks, into about 6 books that all display duplicate text in the popup. Clicking on the link works fine, the resource is opened to the correct location. The problem happens for both end-note and in-line references. There are about 200 Bible hyperlinks that all work fine, also the Headword milestones and associated data links all work fine with no duplicate text in the hover popup.
If it matters, I am using MS Word 2010 and Logos-Verbum Basic.
It seams like a bug in the Logos software.
Peace be with you,
Tony

Welcome to the forums! [:)]
Can you provide some screen shots? It would be nice to see the pop up in Logos, as well as the offending section in your .docx file. Also, it might be good to see if you can copy & paste the bad part into a blank document. If you can reproduce the problem, perhaps upload the new .docx file here.

This is probably normal. Some resources do give 'duplicate' text in popups, the Summa being one of them. It's not quite duplicate, though. If you were to prioritize the Latin Summa over the English, you would see one of the 'duplicates' switch to Latin. I think it may have to do with how the resource was originally tagged, and Logos wanting to assure that we can always see the translation we want.

I created made a brand new document with 4 test links. Test links 1 and 2 show the duplicate text in the Hover popup.
Test links 3 and 4 display correctly.
Test link 1
logosres:summaeng;ref=Summa.STh.,_II-II_q.2_a.7
Test link 2
logosres:srccatdogma;ref=DS.DS_1636
test link 3
logosres:hca;ref=Page.p_236
test link 4
logosres:mwthes;hw=possessIf this is normal behavior, then I call this complete, and move on to the next project.
Thank you for the information.

It only happens when the resource has multiple versions to choose between.
1) has both English and Latin editions.
2) surprises me, but I guess it's because they might publish the Latin edition later.
3) and 4) don't have any other versions.
