I am searching for "Ecclesiastes" and it keeps picking up words like Ecclesiastical and such.  any way to limit it strictly to the exact word "Ecclesiastes"?

Yes, turn off the checkmark beside "Match all word forms" on the panel menu of the Search tab:

From the search dialog make sure "Match all word forms" is not checked. If you want to only search for when Ecclesiastes is capitalized put a check beside "Match case."

Note: Logos will remember these settings for your next search. You may not always want to search this way. For example, if you search for "prayer" you won't pick up references to "pray" unless "Match all word forms" is checked.
