Eastern Orthodox Bible PBB - Revised Standard Version Bible Milestones

I am trying to build a Bible type personal book for an Eastern Orthodox Bible based on the RSV milestones.  Is there a way to get a list of all the milestones in the RSV? Or if someone has already built one based on something better than the RSV, I would appreciate some good advice.

    The most important thing is how the apocryphal books are handled. You should look at the Wiki page below, and choose a Bible version that supports all the verses that your version needs. It doesn't matter if the version you choose supports more books/verses than you need, but you shouldn't choose one that supports less than you need.
