Cancel Order

Dear Logos:
I've tried to get someone to help me out thru your 1 (800) 875-6467 number, but it's taking quite a while.  The problem is that when I started this order, I had the impresion that it was a "Hardcopy" book, not an "e-book", and I'd like to cancel this order.  Another complication is that I made this order thru my office computer, and it is against "Company Regs" to dowload any sofware on.  I'm still on your "Download" initiation screen and haven't done any transaction.  How can I cancel it when I've already received this "order confirmation"?  Please help.  Thank you very much.
