Crash B9: Clicking on a Note entry

I had closed a couple of tabs then opened Test 5.1 Note, clicked on the first entry (NKJV text...) when Logos crashed.

I couldn't reproduce, though.

This may be related to the WPF font cache; if it happens again, please try clearing the font cache using the instructions here: http://wiki.logos.com/Logos_4_Windows_Is_Hanging_Right_After_Startup
