It appears Logos is not the only company lamenting the deals that publishers are offering to make their books available. http://www.theregister.co.uk/2013/06/06/publishers_gave_amazon_ultimatum/ . Even Amazon (which is often cited in the forums for having lower priced/less tagged resources) claims that publishers tie their hands.
