BUG: NIV 1984 broken
I'm using the Windows 8 primarily for the NIV 84. I downloaded that resource so that it's available offline. Just yesterday their was an update and since downloading it the app crashes (closes leaving me at the start screen) whenever I navigate by entering a reference. Navigating by advancing a page at a time works, but going by reference doesn't.
I've removed the resource. The online version (streaming) works. I re-downloaded it and it crashes.

This does seem to be resource-specific
I get the crash-when-navigating-by-reference problem in the downloaded NIV84 but not in the downloaded NIV2011
