Can previous highlights (before the syncing problem was fixed) now be synced?

I have a laptop running windows, and iphone and a Nexus 10 (android tablet). Going forward the highlights all sync between all 3.

However prior to the android sync problem being fixed, I entered a lot of highlights on iphone and laptop (or possibly only one of these); these highlights do not show up on the Nexus 10. Is there anything I can try to rectify this?

I have found that the same problem! My android device is NTT Docomo P02-E, since I used others android tablet of android based phone are OK!
