pre-pub download

I received notification that my pre-pub was ready and can be downloaded. In the past, it would download automatically. This time nothing has happened, despite my opening/closing the program several times. I have even typed 'update now' and told "updates were found and will be downloaded automatically." Still, nothing.

My 'automatically download updates' in program settings is set to 'yes.'

Any ideas? Thank you.

When you wrote "and nothing," do you mean the downloader didn't appear? We're you looking for it or no? In other words, was your attention elsewhere? The downloader can appear and disappear in less than a minute. 

Have you restarted your app? Have you tried "update resources"?
