Are you referring to this - https://www.logos.com/product/32500/acts-an-exegetical-commentary which is still in Pre-pub? Or are you speaking about a hard copy? I don't have this volume but I think I would approach it the same way I would approach any commentary by reading the sections I am personally studying. I don't usually read any commentary from front to back.
