How can Schweitzer's Paul and His Interpreters (1912) not be included in this collection?!? Am I missing something? Maybe it is being reserved for a Schweitzer Collection 
or something.

Since they have already published some of Schweitzer's books in this collection, I'm not sure that they could put together a Schweitzer collection.
For that reason, I agree it would be nice if they included Paul and His Interpreters in this collection, especially since it would make the collection more attractive to more people.
