Bug - Crashing with motion backgrounds

Hello,

Here is the error log file from when Proclaim crashes on me. It is when we put a motion background into Proclaim that it crashes. It also (to our best observation) seems to be when we upload it to the cloud and it finishes 'syncing' As soon as the file finished uploading is when it crashed and we cannot open it anymore, we have to login on a separate computer and delete the background in order to get it to work.

Kyle,

It would be much more helpful if you could post your Proclaim.log . It gets overwritten every time you start the app, so next time you have a crash please grab the log before you startup the app again and post it here.

Are you on Windows or Mac? And what kind of computer do you have? Is it only media that you have uploaded that causes the crash or does media from the store cause it as well?

We have this same issue, over and over again. It is hard to save a log when you are in the middle of a worship service with hundreds of people standing there not sure what to sing. Very frustrating. Borderline deal breaker. .
