I was browsing through the titles leaving Pre-Pub soon to see what I was missing out on and came across this collection of essays on the Resurrection. It's $19.95 for 19 essays (233 pages) and it seemed like reasonable value to me.

It leaves Pre-Pub in 5 days' time - 18 June 2013.
