It doesn't take many bids for a resource like this to go over at $5/volume. If the price had been $1/volume, like Evangelical resources frequently are, it would still have a long way to go.
Sort the CP page by Bestselling, and you'll see that there are more than a hundred CP's with more bids than this one has.

I would love to know the actual number of bidders for a resource and the number needed to go into production. I think what I'm saying about this onen is that the price is low in itself. To me it is not a "per volume" cost but an overall cost that makes it attractive to many. i.e. The total cost is less than $10.
