Proclaim Syncing

When I upload anything to Proclaim, syncing takes many failed attempts to complete the syncing process, whether it be the sync button in the upper right, or the lower left upload button.  Usually, each time you press the sync button the progress increases, but not always.  Even on simple syncs, it takes 4-10 tries.

First, try disabling your Antivirus software and Firewalls and then try again. See if that helps.
