BUG 5.1 RC1: Layout in paged view

Anyone who thinks this looks pretty and easy to read? (Since it's Swedish, I put in some lines to help you distinguish between the Bible text and the footnotes. Though with this layout I'm almost as much in need of them myself...)

Yuck! There should be a straight horizontal separation between the book text and the footnotes.
