I jst purchased Logos 5 and the large page came up but there are no resources. Are they downloading? I'm confused. Any help greatly appreciated.
Jay, welcome to the forums.
Firstly, have you installed Logos 5 onto your Mac from here?

If so, have you logged in with the same username and password you used to buy your resources?
Logos 5 should begin to download the resources - you can tell by a little blue Logos icon appearing on the top right hand side of your screen. Once the resources have downloaded, it will take many hours (depending on how fast your mac is) for those resources to index.
If you keep clicking on the little blue icon on the top of the screen, it will tell you what the program is doing (i.e. downloading, indexing, etc.)
I did download it from there but there is no little blue logo. There are two arrows not moving in the top right.

A couple of things.
My guess is that you are experiencing the same problem the rest of us are. As for the "two arrows"… that is for syncing data… but not for downloading or indexing (It won't spin due to a download).

I picked up two free books today and neither has downloaded to my mac. It may be, Jay, that once Logos remedies the issue all your resources will start downloading, then they will index. Once indexing is complete, you should be good to go.
