Bug

Hi, this has happened several times, however, we thought it was fixed with the latest update. On Sunday we were going through the worship service and were on one song. When we advanced to the next slide in the song, the words disappeared. To resolve this, we had to shut down Proclaim during the service and restart it. It was then fixed. The logs are below:

It looks like you are using an older version of Proclaim. Could you please update to the newest version and let us know if you still have this issue?

We have updated Proclaim via the prompt when starting Proclaim to download the new update. Is there another way to get the latest version of Proclaim?

In the "Help" menu, click "About Proclaim..." Right above the EULA it will tell you if there is an update available and if so provide a link to download it.

We have the latest version of Proclaim. I see you are replying to my post on Friday. I have since reported another bug problem on Monday as we are continuing to have problems. This is what I posted in the other bug report:

Hi,

We are still having problems with Proclaim. The issues were:

1. It does not sync. The message we received was "cannot connect to server". The yellow triangle came up in the sync area.

2. Would not advance to the next slide using the arrow key. After clicking in an area on the page with the mouse, it would then advance.

3. Last week the words disappeared during the songs, however, we did not have that issue this week.
