How do I download a book after purchase.  I know this should be simple, but I can't find this information.

    Welcome to the forums, Royden.

Firstly you need to ensure that the new resource you've bought is available on mobile devices.  Some resources aren't due to publisher licensing restrictions.  If you check the relevant page for the resource you've bought on logos.com, you can see if it's available on mobile devices as follows:

Assuming your resource is available on the iOS app (and you are using the same username and password used to buy the resource from logos.com in the iOS app), I normally find that when I've bought a new resource and open up the iOS app, if I navigate to my library, you'll see a progress bar running along the top of the screen update your library and then index.  This normally takes may be a minute.  Once that process is completed, you should find your new resource in your library.  If you don't see it, try typing in the title/author into the filter pane to see if it pops up.

Welcome! Did Paul's post help? As long as the resource is mobile enabled, it should be available almost instantaneously.

As long as you are connected to the internet and the book is enabled for mobile viewing it should be automatic within a few minutes.

I think I have accelerated the process of the app recognizing the new book by quitting the running app and then restarting it.

How do I make my resource mobile enabled?

You are not able to do this. It is either licensed to be used on mobile devices or it is not.

As Bruce said, you can't. Logos philosophy is that you should have access to all of your resources on all platforms... But the publishers must consent. What resource are you trying to view?

Royden, my screenshot above (the small red box) is how to determine if a resource is mobile-enabled.
