Does anyone know any amillennial books on daniel or ezekiel? Thanks.
Not off the top of my head, but see here for a lot of resources on Amil (and free). [Edit: Oops, forgot to put the link: here.]
You might also want to look through these resources:

I'm not sure where O Palmer Robertson stands (def. not premil), but his Christ of the Prophets is really good.
Sorry I don't have any personal familiarity with any of these but I've got some suggestions (pretty sure these are all amil based on publisher, personal knowledge of the author, or other reasoning).
I am guessing Iain Provan (OT professor at Regent College) is working on one on Daniel, as he's taught on it. For now, you could try his downloadable audio course on it. http://regentaudio.com/3502S?category_id=108.
The book he had on the required reading list for that course (out of print) was:
P. R. Davies, Daniel (JSOT Press, 1985)Davies also wrote a book on Daniel for Sheffield Old Testament Guides which is available in Logos format.
Other good ones might be these:
John Joseph Collins, Daniel: with an introduction to apocalyptic literature (Forms of the Old Testament Literature (FOTL) series, Eerdmans, 1984)Iain Duguid, Daniel (Reformed Expository Commentary (REC) series, P&R Publishing, 2008)Rodney Stortz, Daniel: The Triumph of God's Kingdom (Crossway, 2004) - he was a Presbyterian pastor, not likely to be dispensationalist or premil
