Ok. I will start this by saying that I have been using Logos for 2 years now and LOVE the program. That's what brought me to try Proclaim when our church decided to look for a replacement option for our current (and somewhat unwieldy) method of presentation management. And when I first looked at the program it seemed like a GREAT option. I could build a pre-service loop with music and that would segue straight to a countdown video and leave us off with they lyrics to our first song.
Then suddenly about 2 weeks ago the segue stopped happening. The SAME video (one that my church built) would suddenly stop 2 seconds into it and freeze. Closing Proclaim leaves it in memory still (Windows 7, 64 bit) with no UI shown (I'm a software developer by day and an associate pastor by calling). I looked to the logs and found this:

I figured it may be because of my firewall and disabled that with the same results. Additionally, I've seen the same behavior on 3 other PCs in our churches network so I'm sure it's not a software incompatability issue (not to mention the fact the Proclaim *was* working on 2 out of the 3 prior to software updates 2 weeks ago).
We're supposed to be going live with this next Sunday, but I cannot take the chance with the software in this state.
Any ideas as to what might be going on?
Grace and peace,
-Chris
