character in square boxes

I just started to use Samsung Note 2 for Logos. I have noticed some of the characters didn't come out right, eg. in ISBE, for the article of HUKOK, there are 2 square boxes in the pronunciation guide.. there were 1 square box for HUKKOK or HUKOK in Holman Illustrated Bible Dictionary..

Any advice please...

I see the same thing - this is typically a font issue.

Similar problems have been reported with fonts for Greek characters but this shouldn't be relevant here as far as I can see.

Hopefully Logos will be able to comment on this.
