My Indexer crashes in A7 and has since A4. Nothing will auto udpate because the indexer crashes after appearing in the menu bar for just a few seconds. When I restart the computer the indexer appears for a few seconds and then crashes. I can download the new versions manually from the site as they come out but my resources do not update.

have you tried removing everything and starting fresh with the newest Alpha? I did last last week and it went fine.
YEs I have done htat before but I have a really slow connecction and i takes days to get back to wheere it was
If you are like me, speed isn't just the issue, but my monthly usage cap. The best thing to do is to get the media so that you can install on the disk. It doesn't cost much and is a lot faster.
There is a crash in the logs that we'll look into, and there's a chance that the underlying issue will be resolved in the next release, so that's probably when it will make sense to give it another shot. Don't do anything drastic like delete all your resources just yet .
