I am currently using the Book of Common Prayer as my daily devotional. I always have to go 'search' for it, is there some way to turn that into a reading plan so that it just shows up when the app starts?

Are you opening to the homepage, or to a layout? On the homepage, you can add a lectionary to the "features" section. I'm not near my computer now, but I believe there is a "gear wheel" icon to click on to edit the settings.
Alabama24 is correct that the best you can do is make the Daily BCP lectionary your preferred lectionary. Logos does not support the use of multiple lectionaries.
