Trouble downloading Logos 5 on Macbook Air

I have just purchased a Macbook Air 2013 with 8 GB Ram and 512GB memory. For some reason each time i attempt to download logos 5, it gets stuck at a particular number for hours. For example, the first time i downloaded logos 5, it froze at 9% out of 19.58GB. I slept through the night, and it was still at 9%. The next time, I tried again. It froze at 53%. I again slept through the night, and it was still at 53%. This is quite frustrating. Is there something i am doing wrong? Is there no quicker way to do this? It has been two days.

Have you tried calling customer service. Today is a holiday in the United States, but maybe tomorrow. See if any of these articles help. http://www.logos.com/support/Mac I do not have a mac, so that is the limit of my assistance. Hope you get up and running.

Wonder if OS X System Preferences for Energy Saver are putting MacBook Air to sleep ?

One idea is connect power and change settings so computer never sleeps.

Also wonder about network stability ?

Thank you my friends. Things have worked out well. Logos is fully downloaded, and extremely fast on this Macbook Air. I am quite amazed. Transitions between layouts is incredibly fast. In most cases, around 3-5 seconds, which is much faster than my three year old Macbook pro. Resources open lightning fast. To say I am pleased, is an understatement.
