I see that there has been some activity over at Nelson Ministry Services. Even the "Download of the Month" has been updated.
First time since February!
Oh, look. The Lucado Lifeworks Library 2.0 that has been sitting in the Author's Libraries section with the ever familiar "coming soon" status has disappeared. Not to be found in the "Coming Soon" software section either. Did a search of the entire Thomas Nelson site. Yup! It's gone. (Oh well! Probably shouldn't be surprised.)
I've been waiting for 2.0 for over a year.
Nelson has never provided a date or list of content. When I corresponded with Nelson, they just said that it was not finalized yet.
CBD keeps updating a later pub date. 9/30 the last time I looked.
The original Lucado Lifeworks is no longer listed as available now. I'm glad that I have it in my Logos Library.
Since the website froze after February, I'm gussing that alot has to do with this back in March:

I received a notice from CBD yesterday about the availability of the Lucado Lifeworks 2.0:
"Some time ago we received your request asking us to notify you when the backorder for the above item would be available for shipping. We have just been notified by the publisher/manufacturer that the availability of the item has been delayed indefinitely."
Makes you wonder what Nelson's plans are for its software!

I really hope they pull through. They provide a great service to the Church.
If they are going under I hope they pass all their digital titles to Logos to keep them available.
