Logos crash and freeze after update.

Logos quit unexpectedly the last time it was run. Would you like to send a crash report to Logos Bible Software?

After I installed the Logos 5.1.0.0943 upgrade, I have had problems with loading and turning off Logos. It freezes up or crash.

It keeps telling me, too, that there is an update available, but when I run it, it either crash or freezes.

I have attached the Logging Report.

Jan, I'm sorry you're having trouble. I think you're going to love 5.1 once we get this issue sorted out. I've forwarded your note along to the customer service team. Someone should be in touch with you shortly.

I'm sorry for the trouble. The logs are indicating you're having network issues. Can you try power-cycling your router (if you're on a wireless network) and modem? Here is a link with instructions: http://www.communitytechnology.org.uk/pub/powercycle.php After doing that please post new logs if the behavior is persisting.
