This may be a dumb question, but why isn't there an option in the left panel Passage Guide results to choose bible translations in the same way that commentaries are chosen? (I know about prioritization)
Not quite sure what you're asking, Shawn.
Which left panel are you talking about: the panel on the PG tab (I don't see any commentary section there either), or the left panel of the Passage Guide template editor?
Are you suggesting something added to the PG template?
Are you suggesting that Compare Bible Versions be editable in the Passage Guide?
Are you suggesting that the Text Comparison tool be added?
Thanks Richard. I guess I am wondering why they didn't put an option in the PG template that displays all Bible Versions so that you can choose from there which version you want that Scripture reference to appear.
IOW, when I perform a PG search from the home page for say 1:John 1.9 and the results appear there IS a commentaries listing and many others, but no bible version choice.

Well, since I don't regularly chat with the guys up in Bellingham I can only guess, but if I were to guess, it would be that the program design assumes that you open your Bible first and choose a passage to run a PG guide from your Bible.
It could be helpful to have the Text Comparison tool, or something similar appear in the PG or the EG, but I usually run that from a shortcut on the short-cut bar.
Sounds like a suggestion, as much as a question. Are you going to put it up there?
That was definitely the assumption which is why we went so long without a link to the bible from the passage guide.
