Logos 5.1 crash on Win 8.1

Running Windows 8.1 Beta
Logos 5.1.0.0943

Clicking on the Logos.exe it loads for exactly 0.683 seconds and then crashes. No Crash log created except the logos .txt file shown below. I also tried holding down the CTRL key, but same issue.

Note: I was able to run Logos just fine except for the Topic Guide and the Bible Word Study Guide over the past week. I do not know why it wont run at all now. I am sure it might be Win 8.1, but idk.

This line usually refers to a normal program termination.
