Rosie reminded me in Resource Reformatting Request Thread that there is a Wiki page called Books Missing Pagination and Other Indexes. I've never used it before, but I went ahead and added some books mentioned in that thread. However, looking at the page history, it seems to me that while we add to the list, Logos never removes from it. Do relevant people at Logos ever read this page?
