Crash - Again

Last week I tried to update to 5.1. The computer didn't want to take that update so I called Logos and they assisted in quickly solving the problem (reloading something). Then last night while doing another "small" update - kaboom - again! Will this persist?

Hi Dave. I'm not exactly sure what you're describing by "the computer didn't want to take that update", so I can't comment on whether the crash you're getting now was related to the problem before. It's possible both were caused by the same underlying problem. But if the first update was a program update, and the second update is a resource update, it's unlikely that the cause was the same.

But the only way to know for certain is for you to upload your logs so we can take a look at them. You can see how to do this if you click "How to ask for help", below.
