Missing resources in iPad app?

Surely I am not the one person experiencing this, but a good number of resources simply don't appear in my library in the iPad app. Is this related to the resource (a licensing issue or something?) or a bug in the app? Specifically night now, I was looking for the Oxford Dictionary of the Christian Church, and it's not there on my iPad.

Some resources are not available on mobile devices - normally due to licensing restrictions.

Logos shows which are mobile enabled on the product page:

The example above shows that it runs on Windows, Mac & Mobile - see text above the price

Specifically night now, I was looking for the Oxford Dictionary of the Christian Church, and it's not there on my iPad.

If you look at the product page you will see that mobile is not mentioned.

Logos are continuing to increase the number of resources available on mobile but this one hasn't happened yet.
