The first two are NOT unlocked for me ....
The last one IS unlocked! *smile*
I have Portfolio and have 7975 resources. ....
BTW, concerning the NetBible ........ Quite a few years ago there was "Contact" by some Logos users with the publisher ... and they permitted Logos to unlock ...
Don't remember the details ....... *smile* If this is a "senior's moment," then perhaps I will remember later, eh???
If not, perhaps someone else remembers???
I have the same results as Milford. Keep in mind that the 1995 updated NASB is different than the 1977 edition. I have the 1995 update, but not the 1977 edition. I don't know about that version of the KJV.

Like Milford I have Portfolio with a similar number of resources but these are not unlocked for me.
I thought I had the NASB77 unlocked in one of my Nelson collections back during LLS 2.x, but maybe I didn't. That I probably need to pick up separately.
Not sure why it's showing KJV and NET not unlocked. I have both of those in Logos format.
