That's more than a quick read (132 pages) but interesting. Comparing the "biblical view" of the role of a pastor with other denominations would be interesting too.

I would have loved to see the author going into some practical applications of his findings. Also, the word studies were only partially helpful because of the "baptizing" of normal words with new meanings that was going on in the NT. In such cases, a historical background study and possibly a look at patristics would be helpful.
What would the author have said about "worship pastor", "teaching pastor", "mission pastor", "office pastor" and other similar terms used today?
The saddest part is that many do exit the ministry, and quite a lot of them for preventable reasons.
