The Futura Bold font listed in the Fonts.rtf file for Joseph: Understanding God’s Purpose curriculum is no longer available at the fontzone.net website. The font was removed due to copyright issues.

Here's what I learned.
Futura Bold is a premium font. If you don't have it, you can get it from a number of reputable font sellers. I recommend MyFonts.com.
If you're not keen on the idea of paying for a font, Open Sans Extrabold, Bold and Semibold make adequate substitutes.
