Software Install Freezes at 54%

This morning when I started the Proclaim software it informed me that I needed to download a required update. When I attempted it failed to install at 54%. I tried several more times and the same thing happened. I uninstalled the software thinking that it may be a problem with the updater. The same thing happened when I tried to install from the web. I am on an HP desktop running Windows 7 Pro. I was able (on the same network) to install the update on a Dell laptop running the same OS. I have found and cleaned all files associated with Proclaim or Logos on the desktop to no avail as well. 

Out of ideas.

Please try these steps and see if they correct the problems you're having:

 

1. Uninstall your current version of Proclaim from your system using the Windows 'Control Panel' > 'Uninstall a program' function.
2. Open Internet Explorer and clear your browser cache.
   1. In IE8 and IE9 you would do that from the 'Tools' menu > 'Internet Options' > 'General' tab > 'Delete...' button, then on the 'Delete Browsing History' dialog, uncheck everything except 'Temporary Internet Files' (confirm that remains checked), and click the 'Delete' button.
3. Restart your browser.
4. Download the latest version of the Proclaim software from here.
5. Install, and with hope you're on your way to presentation creation goodness.
