Hello everybody! I need some input here. I needed to do a factory reset on my Android tablet. I reinstalled Logos. Then I wanted to reinstall the books (quite a number) I had on it. My device still shows in Logos as it did before and the books I had still showed under "download to device" as checked. Still, there was no download to my tablet. I sync the desktop manually just in case. I went out of Logos. I went out of the Android OS (complete shut down), went back, signed back in both in the desktop version (first) and Android version (second). Nothing.
I selected my entire library and remove all checks to my tablet. I figured that perhaps the erase on my tablet has the server confused and I should start again with a clean slate. I sync again manually. I restarted Logos desktop. I restarted Logos Android. Then I went back to Logos desktop and selected one commentary series as "download to device" for my tablet. Sync yet again. Restart Logos Android yet again.
Nothing happening. In case you wonder, YES I am connected and other apps download fine. In fact I can manually download books. I just would like to avoid the one book at a time route if I can help (even the download all route is more painful than going through the desktop if I can get it to work.
I went to my account online to see whether perchance my tablet is now being recognized as a different device. Nope.
What's going on then?!?
