I emailed this to support already, but I wanted to see if anyone here knew how to fix the problem. It may be a Logos account problem, though, but I thought I'd try the forums anyway. Last night I bought the Complete Classic Commentaries Bundle (which, given my post here, I'm especially thankful for the bundle discount). Anyway, no new products are being added to my library.
I have a Mac and a Windows installation. After the purchase I tried to "update resources" on both platforms. On windows it tells me "No updates were found" and on Mac it will download 30-40MB of material, tell me to restart Logos, but when it starts again, no resources are added (this is a bit of a loop). On both platforms, my Library resource count remains the same it was before the purchase.
Is there something wrong with the way the Bundle unlocked the remaining products on my account? Even on the website it doesn't show that I've purchased some of the individual sets that are included in this bundle. (e.g. products I'm sure I was missing before: Classic Commentaries on Genesis, and Galatians, and the G. Morgan Campbell collection).
I tried the wisdom found
here, but that didn't work (just caused the loop on the Mac).
