Questions re: English Bible Versions in Logos

I've finally gotten around to 'cleaning up' my library a bit, hiding resources I never use or don't care for, and, in that process, have run into some questions regarding the English Bible versions I have.

Authorized Version; The Cambridge Paragraph Bible of the Authorized English Version
- I recognize that the difference between these is that the Authorized Version is the 1769 edition of the KJV while the Cambridge Paragraph Bible is the 1873 Scrivener edition of the KJV. However, I don't think I really know the difference between the 1769 and 1873 editions. Can someone enlighten me?

The King James Version Apocrypha
- Where does this come from? Is it from the same translation as the 1769 KJV above? Something different?

The Holman Christian Standard Bible
- In my library, the HCSB has a copyright date of 2009. Is this the latest edition? I thought there was a 2011 edition released with some minor edits.

English Standard Version

- In my library, the ESV has a copyright date of 2001. I'm pretty sure that's not the latest edition. Any reason why it hasn't updated automatically?

On your Holman and ESV if you scan down to the larger copyright section (info), you'll see the edition info (eg ESV 2011).

That's the 1611 Edition. There is not other, more recent, Apocrypha Edition of any actual KJV, neither as printed matter nor electronic:

Regarding the ESV, the 2001 maybe doesn't get replaced, but the 2007 Edition did get automatically replaced by the 2011 Edition. There will be another new Edition in 2016-2017. There are lists circulating on the internet with all the differences between the different Editions, if You don't want to spend on a new Edition.

Fascinating. Even though the copyright date is 2001, when I clicked on "resource information" and work through the info, it says – "ESV Text Edition: 2011." I wonder why the copyright date hasn't been updated?

After digging a bit more, it turns out the latest edition of the HCSB is, in fact, 2009, so the copyright date on that resource is exactly as it should be.

keep reading the next paragraph after "ESV Text Edition:2011" - it explains that the copyright date of 2001 relates to the introductions and cross-reference system.
