/Users/clarksnotebook/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/vbhmziln.cze/LibraryCatalog/catalog.db
to the trash, then launch Logos 5.

Thanks. Took me a while to figure out how to find this file on the Mac (I'm a converted Windows user).
Logos signed on fine and started to index. I went to bed. The next morning the computer had crashed and upon starting it got the 3 beeps indicating RAM integrity test failed. It's of the iMac hospital today for checkout.
Let us know how it goes...
All is well. Received iMac back with a new RAM logic board. Logos 5 is humming as before. Thanks for the suggestion about logging; will remember it the next time--if there is a next time.
