The new font results in printing problems (strange looking text, some characters not printed). See attached fragment of WBC, page 3.
See screenshot for which section of the WBC (Mark) was printed when this error occurred.

Does this occur only when printing to Foxit PDF Printer, or also when printing to a physical printer (if you have one)?
Which version of Windows (including Service Pack) are you running?
Just did a test run (using the newest beta-version, 5.1a beta 2) to another printer, but the problem occurs only when printing to the Foxit PDF printer, the other printers work fine.
I'm running Windows 8 Pro (no service pack yet)
but the problem occurs only when printing to the Foxit PDF printer, the other printers work fine.
This sounds like it may be a bug in the Foxit PDF printer, but I'll create a case for this problem, to see if we can find a workaround in our code.
If you choose "Save as file > XPS Document" in the Logos 5 Print/Export panel, then double-click that XPS in Windows* and print it to the Foxit PDF Printer, do you still see the same problem (in the PDF only, but not the XPS)? If so, you could consider filing a bug report with Foxit (and attaching that XPS file), as they may be able to reproduce and fix the problem.
* Windows 8 has both "Reader" and "XPS Viewer" that can print to Foxit PDF; I don't know if there would be any difference between the two.
