I am not computer savvy, please help. I was told to post here. I just downloaded Logos 4 to my Mac and when I try to do a search.... Jesus, Grace, sin..... it tells me 0 entries found???? Help
You need to wait for the program to finish indexing before you can search. You should have a miniature logos icon in the menu bar at the top of your screen (I am not talking about the dock at the bottom). If you hover the mouse pointer over this miniature icon it will tell you how much (estimated) time remains in the indexing process.

New to Logos 4 Mac? START HERE!
Because this is such a commonly asked question, I wonder if I could suggest to the programmers that there be some sort of popup dialogue box that comes up right after installation to explain the indexing process, what Logos will do until it completes, etc. Maybe it is there and I have forgotten about it as it has been a while since I installed it, but if it is there, I wonder if it needs some flashing lights or something.
