Suggestions for Original Language Volumes

In keeping with Verbum's collection especially, I thought I'd mention these critically important texts. I shall keep adding to this list as they occur to me, trying to focus on the most important ones:

Bonaventure's Itinerarium Mentis in Deum (Journey to the Mind of God)
Augustine's De Trinitate - however, this may be included in the Patrologiae Cursus Completus: Series Latina?
