That is strange. I just did a search for all the Bible handbooks that Logos carries and none are like this. - http://www.logos.com/products/search?q=bible+handbook
If you refer to the Tyndale Referencle Collection you will notice the book pictured in your post is Willmington's Bible Handbook not Tyndale's Concise Bible commentary. This is an error in the product description. If you compare the blurb under the Concise Commentary to the Bible Handbook you will see another error. They apparently butchered the Commentary description and included it in as the Handbook's description. I will report these two errors.
I have the Willmington's Bible Handbook. It is not a verse by verse commentary. It is indeed a handbook and a nice one at that.
